Staff is friendly. Rooms are in a good condition, not your 5 star hotels but it will do the job if you dont want to spend too much or just need the room for a quick shower after work and rest a few hours if you're traveling. Its near a bar, some mexican food so win win in my book.
Now there's way nicer places everywhere but these guys they keep it real over here. It's affordable, the crew they had is awesome, beds are clean and the water's hot. I left my wallet I didn't know where it was for at least an hour or two. I came by just asked us to see if maybebut I know they take a risk hanging on to it cuz people can say that they took somethin. they had my wallet. Ed Sheeran back to me with a cell phone I didn't realize I had had lostso now I'm sitting in the parking lot wondering what I can do for them cuz I have no money to give anybody something right. So I'm sitting in the parking lot crying doing one thing I can do and tell him how awesome thank you two whole staff in everybody on the crew. You're awesome keep it up. I can't say thank you enough we're sorry even though I kind of a little late. Thank you thank you thank you thank you you're awesome!
I loved this place great price and awsome rooms! The people who work there are great and so nice. my daughter even loved this place! So come here its a great place and get a room
Hidden cherry right next to busy i10 and katy. Everything works as it should, clean floors, bedding, towels. Hot water. Housekeeping is awesome, cheerful people, front desk always kind. 4 stays here. Zero problems.
They are very nice people and The rooms are nicer than you would expect for the price. The one drawback is that all the downstairs rooms are being renovated and The elevator is broken so you have to use the stairs.
The room was very very clean. It smelled so fresh! I love freshness. And the clerk was very kind. I'd come back. The only down side is they need a soda machine that works. I lost a dollar
Its ok the staff were nice and they dont rush to.put you out i can say its not the best place to stay but if you are just looking for a night to travel throu Houston it would be more like an emergency stsy but i can say i slept like a baby the beds are very soft
I stayed here for a couple of weeks recently. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, but I found the rooms adequate, clean and quiet. Everything I needed. The people are friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I give it five stars not because it is the ultimate resort hotel, but because it delivers all the basics for a modest rate. Very good value and recommended.
